Mary Beth joined Boston Scientific in 1997 and has held several marketing positions within Boston Scientific’s Peripheral Interventions and Vascular Surgery divisions.  After 8 years in marketing, she held the position of Vice President, New Business, Strategy, and Portfolio for Peripheral Interventions, led Business Development efforts for the Cardiovascular businesses and subsequently was Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning and Research.  Most recently, Mary Beth served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Marketing. Prior to joining Boston Scientific, she was employed by Braxton Associates, the Strategy Division of Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, and focused on developing corporate and business unit strategies for clients in various health care industries. Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Williams College and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Greg is an experienced commercial leader having spent twenty years in sales and sales leadership within the healthcare space. He began his career with GE Healthcare as a part of their Commercial Leadership Program. He spent five years as a salesperson with GE before moving into sales operations at GE Healthcare’s headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin where he ran sales training, the corporate new hire program, field automation and the ‘New Manager’ development program. This was followed by field sales management roles in Detroit, Michigan  and Charlotte, North Carolina where he was successful in turning around under performing teams. Following these roles Greg became the National Sales Manager for GE’s Cardiovascular Ultrasound business.
After 14 years with GE Healthcare, Greg went to Wolters Kluwer Health where he was the VP of Sales and Service for their Healthcare Analytics business serving the pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries. While at Wolters Kluwer, Greg led a reorganization of the sales and service organizations, job structures, and variable compensation plans.
Greg has been with Philips Healthcare for 9 years leading sales in the Southeastern U.S. for the Imaging Systems business. In April, 2014 Greg assumed a new role with Philips leading sales for all lines of business in the Healthcare division in the Southeastern U.S. As of October, 2014 Greg is now responsible for the IDN Sales Business for North America. He is part of the leadership team leading Health System Sales.

What do Kathmandu, Nepal, an Indiana Crew Team, a fraternity & restaurant franchises have in common?  They all play a part in Mike’s diverse background. Today Mike is an Area Vice President of Sales for the Neuromodulation franchise of Boston Scientific covering 9 states from Texas to Kentucky. He leads 6 managers and 1/5th of the country’s sales team made up of approximately 80 people and $80M in annual revenue. Strategy, manpower decisions, recruitment, training and commercial execution are just some of the responsibilities of an Area Sales VP. In the end it is about continually motivating a team of diverse individuals in remote locations to deliver the sales goal in a profitable manner. 
Mike started his sales career in healthcare in 1999 working for Eli Lilly & Co in the Cleveland, Ohio market. In 2002, Mike transitioned into the medical device arena working for Edwards Lifesciences across the state of Ohio before moving back to Kentucky for family reasons to join Boston Scientific in late 2004. Mike started as a Territory Manager at Boston Scientific Neuromodulation (formerly Advanced Bionics) when they were in their start-up phase. He moved into a Regional Business Manager in 2008 where he helped lead his team to three consecutive national awards before being promoted to his current role of AVP of sales in 2012. The company has grown their US sales force from 30 in 2004 to over 400 today. Mike attended Butler University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public & Corporate Communications. He resides with his wife and two children just outside of Lexington, KY.

Previously, she was a Director of Marketing at Avantis Medical Systems and established a robust digital foundation for Third Eye Colonoscopy. At Intuitive Surgical she was the Senior Manager focused on market development programs and e-marketing initiatives supporting Gynecology and Oncology surgery specialties. In addition, she has experience serving Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics/Spine and ENT physicians at Conceptus, Kyphon and Somnus. Maria has functional responsibility for developing and directing global strategies and methodologies for effective health economics and market access activities for Boston Scientific technologies. Alister has performed multiple leadership roles, both inside and outside of his various job descriptions. He was Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the African American Leadership Council while at DePuy Synthes, a J&J company, and in his community he volunteers with at risk youths in the inner cities of Maryland. Alister has a leader’s presence, amazing education, and great corporate experience and contacts
Beginning at Boston Scientific, Alister achieved a President’s Club award presented to the top 10% of sales professionals. He was a Players Club award recipient the following year, which is presented to the top 15% of sales professionals. Alister then moved over to J&J in 2006, performing multiple leadership roles in Peripheral Vascular,Cardiovascular and Orthopedics
While at J&J, Alister gained experience in multiple roles including WW Learning & Development Manager,where he had global responsibility. Along with his world-wide responsibility, Alister assisted in creating and launching the Corporate Career Development Plan and all Resource Guides for the career advancement of Sales Reps, Regional Managers and Sales Directors.
The ACA has created many issues for medical device companies, hospitals, IDN’s and GPO’s. It has contributed to the current climate of consolidation through out the healthcare industry. Alister has studied the rules of engagement and will help companies navigate these challenging waters. He uses his knowledge of the medical device industry and healthcare policy to create win-win contractual agreements for both parties.
