Terry Coutsolioutsos leads the Marketing, Sales Operations, and Communications function at Siemens Healthineers North America and is a member of the senior leadership team. This cross-business team is chartered with cohesively positioning and marketing the company, demonstrating Siemens Healthineers’ relevant value to key decision-making customer segments, and supporting a harmonized approach to sales operations excellence.
Coutsolioutsos joined Siemens Healthineers in 2016 with 25 years of medical device experience across multiple market segments. Previously at Abbott Vascular, he held a long and successful career in sales, marketing, and Corporate Account positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Coutsolioutsos served as Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions, heading up national accounts, enterprise solutions, medical education and sales training, and strategic operations teams.
Originally from western Pennsylvania, Coutsolioutsos graduated with a BA in Business Administration/Finance from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. He is married, has two children, and in his leisure time enjoys sports.

Senior Director, U.S. Marketing
Nick Ruth presently leads the US Surgical Marketing team responsible for Alcon’s Intraocular Lens (IOL) Portfolio. Alcon’s IOL portfolio is the US and Global market leader, consisting of both monofocals and various Advance Technology IOLs.
He is a 3-Time Alcon Surgical Master’s Club winner for Marketing; former Novartis District Manager of the Year and multiple President’s Club winner across several different companies and medical specialties.
Prior to his current role, Nick was an experienced Marketing leader in Surgical Capital Equipment and Pharma (Alcon) and a Sales Management leader (Novartis). His background consists of 5+ years in Marketing and Marketing Leadership roles (Surgical Med Device and Pharma) and 12+ years in Sales and Sales Management roles, with experience across 10+ different medical specialties.
Director, Marketing Communications
The Orthopaedic bug bit Holly McCormick during the winter of 2001. After a childhood filled with relocation, undergraduate excursions to Spokane, WA and Bloomington, IN and graduate days spent in Muncie, IN, it was orthopaedics that finally settled her in small-town Warsaw, IN (the self-proclaimed Orthopaedic Capital of the World).
Now a 17-year veteran of the industry, Holly has a unique passion for connecting with surgeons, sales, and patients through her marketing communication efforts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business and Business Law from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from Ball State University.
As the Director of Marketing Communications for Zimmer Biomet, she leads a global team of marketers keenly focused on understanding and personalizing the customer journey in an effort to bridge the gap between marketing and sales.
Director, Product Marketing
Reena Mishra joined SI-BONE in 2016 and has over 15 years of marketing management experience in medical device companies in both high growth and development stages. She currently leads SI-BONE’s outbound marketing team, with a specific focus on direct to patient and digital marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining SI-BONE, Reena held various marketing positions with VisionCare Ophthalmic Technologies, Pivot Medical (acquired by Stryker in 2014), Spinal Modulation (acquired by St. Jude in 2015) and ArthroCare Corporation (acquired by Smith & Nephew in 2014).
Reena holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a MA in Kinesiology from San Jose State University, and a BA in Kinesiology from Occidental College.
Vice President, Product Marketing
Nikolas Kerr has served as Vice President, Product Marketing at SI-BONE since August 2016. Prior to joining SI-BONE, Nikolas was President of Kerr Consulting Group where he advised leading medical device companies on product strategy. Nikolas was Senior Director of Marketing for Benvenue Medical from December 2013 to June 2014. From August 2011 to December 2013, he was Senior Director of Marketing for Baxano. From August 2006 to August 2011, Nikolas served in various marketing roles at Medtronic’s Spinal & Biologics Group including the Director of Global Marketing for the Kyphon division. Between August 1998 and August 2006, he held various sales, marketing, and business development roles for Milliken & Company. Nikolas started his career with Credit Suisse as an Analyst for Debt Capital Markets. Nikolas has a B.S. in Finance and Economics and Master of International Business Economics from the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina.
Territory Manager, Sales Advisory Council Member
Shaun McNamara has over 15 years of medical device sales experience, specifically in surgery. He joined SI-BONE as the New England Territory Manager in 2014. Shaun had the prestigious honor of being awarded to The Presidents Club 2017 and currently serves on the SI-Bone Sales Leadership Council. Prior to joining SI-BONE, Shaun was the New England Area Account Manager for the German based company, Brainlab. Brainlab is the industry leader in Neuro and Spine navigation. Previous to Brainlab, Shaun was the sales representative for Biomet, Inc. specializing in orthopedics, spine and craniofacial reconstruction technology in the New England area.
Shaun holds a BS in Finance from Saint Anselm College, a liberal arts college located in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Senior Director, Commercialization
Ankit oversees SetPoint Medical’s efforts to commercialize its proprietary bioelectronic medicine platform that targets the body’s natural Inflammatory Reflex to activate systemic anti-inflammatory pathways. The emerging field of bioelectronic medicine aims to deliver targeted digital doses to modulate physiological circuits for treatment of autoimmune diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis, which have historically been treated with drugs.
Prior to joining SetPoint, Mr. Shah was the Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development at Intersect ENT. He joined Intersect ENT as a founding member of the commercialization team and led their product marketing and physician education initiatives. He also held positions at Medtronic, SV Health Investors and was awarded a fellowship grant from the Food and Drug Administration. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and an M.B.A. in Health Care Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Principal Cyber Security Engineer
Dr. Young is an expert in the fields of cybersecurity, Information Assurance and Operations (IAO) and cyber medicine. He has presented widely on issues and challenges related to the security of wireless/mobile devices, cloud/virtual networks, the cyber workforce, network/systems security principles, safeguards, and cyber medicine practices.
Presently he is a Principal Cyber Security Engineer at the MITRE Corporation, a not-for-profit company that operates multiple federally funded research and development centers (FFRDCs). Dr. Young is supporting numerous U.S. Government sponsors with cyber security and cyber medicine initiatives, in addition to supporting numerous corporate endeavors. Previously as a government civilian, he supported the Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) as the Director for Cybersecurity and Information Assurance Outreach (CIAO); Director, Computer Network Defense (CND) Service Providers Program and finally as the Director, Mobile Device Security Division, Office of the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Dr. Young has been a professor at National Defense University (NDU) since 2002 teaching cybersecurity courses to our nation's future military and government leaders in addition to allied international students. Prior to that, he was Chief of 11th Wing Information Assurance Office, Air Force District of Washington, providing policy guidance, technical support, and security oversight of communication, computers, and classified emissions.
Dr. Young retired from the USAF after serving on active duty for 21 years, from an early beginning as an enlisted Airman @ seventeen, to serving in the Middle East during Desert Storm, then flying Special Air Missions (SAM) Aircrew for the White House, SECDEF, and other US government dignitaries and ultimately finished up his military career as a Commissioned Federal Medical Officer and professor at NDU.
He continues to serve as a volunteer in his Medical Officer capacity with the Wounded Warrior Program, Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion while teaching masters-level cybersecurity courses at the University of Maryland (UMUC) and Syracuse University.

Don is the Director of Business Development, and is responsible for the overall performance of the LexisNexis claims-based solutions.
Don has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, spanning roles in market research, sales, and account management. At LexisNexis, Don has responsibilities for business development and account management. He works with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, as well as other health care-related organizations, to provide strategic consulting and information solutions to sales, commercial operations, and marketing, across the full range of LexisNexis Market Intelligence solutions.
Prior to joining LexisNexis, Don was Sales Director at IMS Health, one of the world’s largest data and information companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. In this role, he supported numerous clients across multiple segments, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies, ad agencies, government agencies, consulting firms, and other health care-related organizations.
Don holds a BS in Business from Stockton University, and an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from St. Joseph’s University.

Abigail Bernardi is Director of Market Planning at LexisNexis Risk Solutions – Health Care. For nearly 10 years, she has served as a subject matter expert on technical and business aspects of medical claims data management, research and development, compliance, claims analytics, and professional services for the Life Sciences and provider industries.
Prior to LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ acquisition of Health Market Science in 2015, Bernardi served as Director of Professional Services there. She led all medical claims-related services and consulted on master data management topics including ICD/CPT coding, custom product solution architecture, and application of best practices.
Bernardi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Manish is co-founder and CEO of TikaMobile bringing a wealth of experience in medical device, pharma, and bio pharma product launches and is an expert in delivering the benefit of enterprise business intelligence to every level of the organization. He has been involved in executing, and refining product launches strategies for clients in Urology, Orthopedics, Critical Care, Cardiovascular, CNS and Oncology. Manish has held a variety of leadership positions in life sciences, banking and consulting and has over 20 years of BI experience, most recently at MicroStrategy, where he led the mobile BI practice in the Northeast. Manish earned his engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), a premier engineering institute in India and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the NYU Stern School of Business.
